White-Glove Onboarding
This onboarding process can be described as the most premium onboarding process offered in the server hosting industry. From the time you submit the purchase request for a new server you will be paired with a support representative that will engage with you during the build and handoff process to help complete any configuration of the server, mod/plugin installation and performance checks of the server prior to handing the server off. This time period has no set time limit and we generally will work with you on building your ideal server until you are satisfied. This process typically last 2-4 hours and will only take place one time, though it is completely up to you on when that process actually starts.
What You Can Expect From Us
During the onboarding time you can expect our support staff to engage with you to understand your goals with your game server, what your short-term and long-term goals are for your server, what your player-base will demand from you and the server in terms of uptime and support, and much more. If you're just planning to play with some friends with some mods installed, the process can be as short as 1 hour where we will install the mods for you, configure everything to your liking per our discussions, and test those mods with you in the server before handing the server over to you and your players. If you're a content creator and building a server for you to play with your community, we are going to take a very measured approach to ensure the experience you want to build for your community is exactly what you get when hosting with us.
